综合护理方法在自然分娩中的临床应用价值探讨

目的 探究综合护理于自然分娩中的应用价值。方法 择取2015年2月～2016年2月于笔者医院分娩的280例孕产妇，按照护理方法的不同分组：行常规护理的140例孕产妇在对照组，行综合护理的140例孕产妇在研究组。组间对比护理效果及相关指标。结果 研究组在自然分娩率和孕产妇满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理方法可以提高孕产妇的自然分娩率。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing care on the value of natural childbirth. Methods 280 pregnant women were selected from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital for delivery. According to different nursing methods，routine nursing care of 140 cases of maternal in the control group，the comprehensive nursing care of 140 cases of maternal in the study group. Comparison of nursing effect and related indicators. Results In the study group，the rate of natural childbirth and maternal satisfaction were higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P ＜0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing methods can improve the natural delivery rate of pregnant women.

分娩为自然生理过程，特指胎儿脱出母体成为一个独立个体的一系列过程，分娩的方式可分为剖宫产和自然分娩两种。自然分娩共分为三个产程—宫颈扩张的第一产程、胎儿娩出的第二产程、胎盘娩出的第三产程。临床为孕产妇的全部产程给予综合护理，可以有效提高自然分娩的成功率［1-2］。本文试对综合护理方法于自然分娩中的应用价值给予如下研究。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

择取2015年2月～2016年2月于笔者医院分娩的280例孕产妇，按照护理方法的不同分组：行常规护理的140例孕产妇在对照组，行综合护理的140例孕产妇在研究组。对比两组孕产妇基本资料：研究组：年龄最小者24岁，最大者40岁，平均（32.14±6.27）岁；孕周最短37周，最长41周，平均（39.23±1.04）周；初产妇118例，经产妇22例。对照组：年龄最小者25岁，最大者39岁，平均（32.22±6.31）岁；孕周最短38周，最长41周，平均（39.65±1.11）周；初产妇116例，经产妇24例。两组孕产妇孕周长短、产次多少、年龄分布等资料差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），可行统计学对比。……
