未婚青少年人工流产患者的心理护理干预

【摘要】目的 本文就未婚青少年人工流产患者的心理护理干预进行分析与探讨。方法 选择我院2014年9月～2015年10月收治的未婚青少年人工流产患者78例，按照入院就诊时间将其平均分为常规组（n=39）和干预组（n=39），给予常规组基础护理，干预组患者在常规组基础上实施心理护理干预，其后对比护理效果。结果 干预组患者焦虑和抑郁评分的改善程度好于常规组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=5．185 9，P=0．022 8）。结论 对未婚青少年人工流产患者实施心理护理干预，效果显著。

Objective In this paper，analysis and discussion on unmarried adolescent patients with artificial abortion mental nursing． Methods Unmarried adolescent patients 78 cases of abortion in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2015 period，according to the average treatment time of admission into the conventional group（n=39）and intervention group（n=39），group received routine primary care，psychological care for patients in the intervention group intervention group routine basis，thereafter contrast nursing effect． Results The degree of improvement in the intervention group were anxiety and depression scores better than the conventional group，significant differences exist between groups comparison（χ2=5．185 9，P=0．022 8）． Conclusion Unmarried teenagers artificial abortion embodiment psychological nursing intervention，the effect is significant．

未婚青少年人工流产患者，较易出现焦虑、恐惧以及抑郁等不良心理，甚至多数未婚女性担心对生育功能造成影响［1-2］。本文为探讨心理护理干预在未婚青少年人工流产的应用价值，选择我院2014年9月～2015年10月收治的未婚青少年人工流产患者78例，取得了较为理想的护理效果，现将所得结果进行如下汇报。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料分析

此次研究对象均选择我院2014年9月～2015年10月收治的未婚青少年人工流产患者78例。年龄15～18岁，平均年龄为（17.1±3.6）岁，孕周6～12周。其后按照入院就诊时间将其平均分为常规组（n=39）和干预组（n=39），基本资料由统计学软件分析，差异不具有统计学意义。

1.2 方法

给予常规组患者基础护理，并告知入院期间的注意事项。干预组患者在常规组基础上实施心理干预，具体内容如下：
