葛根芩连汤治疗2型糖尿病湿热困脾证的疗效观察

葛根芩连汤治疗2型糖尿病湿热困脾证的疗效观察

目的探讨葛根芩连汤治疗2型糖尿病湿热困脾证的临床疗效。方法选择该院2014年10月—2016年2月期间该院收治的72例2型糖尿病湿热困脾证患者作为受试者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各36例。两组患者均给予饮食控制和运动治疗等基础治疗，对照组采用格列吡嗪控释片作降糖治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加葛根芩连汤，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、血糖水平及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率（91.67%）显著低于对照组（75.00%），组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组空腹血糖（5.31±1.31）mmol/L显著低于对照组为（7.51±2.17）mmol/L，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应率（8.33%）显著低于对照组（11.11%），组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论2型糖尿病湿热困脾证采用葛根芩连汤治疗临床疗效较为理想，且血糖控制效果好，不良反应风险低，应推广使用该疗效。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the treatment of type 2 diabetes with puerariae and scutellariae and coptidis decoction and humid trapped spleen syndrome clinical efficacy.Methods From October 2014 to February 2016，we treated 72 cases of type 2 diabetes during the hot and humid trapped spleen syndrome patients as the subjects，were randomly divided into control group and observation group，36 cases each.Two groups of patients were given diet and exercise therapy，such as foundation treatment，control group adopts glipizide retard-20 tablet for hypoglycemic therapy，observation group in the control group increased，with puerariae and scutellariae and coptidis decoction on the basis of comparing two groups of patients with clinical treatment，blood sugar levels and adverse reactions.Results Observation group total effective rate（91.67%）was significantly lower than the control group（75.00%），the difference between groups（P＜0.05）.After treatment，the observation group fasting glucose（5.31±1.31）tendency for L was significantly lower than the control group（7.51±2.17）for tendency/L），the difference between groups（P＜0.05）.Observation group adverse reaction rate（8.33%）was significantly lower than the control group（11.11%），the difference between group P＜0.05.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes damp heat trapped spleen syndrome using clinical curative effect more ideal，with puerariae and scutellariae and coptidis decoction and blood sugar control effect is good，low risk of adverse reactions，should promote the use of the curative effect.

糖尿病是我国第二大慢性疾病，对我国国民身体素质及生命健康威胁较多，如何提高糖尿病临床控制及防治效果是当前医疗领域的重点和难点问题。2型糖尿病是高发的糖尿病类型，中医认为患者是由胃肠湿热、脾失健运所致湿热内困之症，故中医辨证分型认为消渴症以湿热困脾证为主。葛根芩连汤是治疗脾湿内热之症的经典方剂，为进一步验证葛根芩连汤治疗2型糖尿病湿热困脾证的疗效，该次研究选择该院2014 年10月—2016年2月期间该院收治的72例2型糖尿病湿热困脾证患者作为受试者，对葛根芩连汤的临床疗效进行了对比分析，现报道如下。……
