目的探讨膀胱癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的处理方法，提高处理水平。方法回顾分析该院2008年3月—2015年12月在该院接受手术治疗的膀胱癌合并2型糖尿病患者53例手术治疗的经验及注意事项，观察术中、术后并发症等情况。结果该组53例患者术后并发切口感染5例，发生率为9.4%；肺部感染3例，发生率为5.7%；尿路感染4例，发生率为7.4%；脑血栓1例，发生率为1.9%；下肢静脉血栓形成1例，发生率为1.9%。无糖尿病酮症酸中毒及高渗性酮症性昏迷，无手术死亡病例。平均切口愈合时间为（6.7±1.7）d，平均住院时间为（9.6±2.4）d。结论恰当的围手术期处理，有效控制血糖在理想范围内，对膀胱癌合并糖尿病患者安全度过围手术期是必要的。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the treatment of bladder carcinoma in the perioperative period in patients with diabetes，improve the treatment level.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital during March 2008 to December 2015 in our hospital accepted surgical treatment of bladder cancer with the experience of surgical treatment of 53 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and matters needing attention，intraoperative and postoperative complications of observation.Results In this group of 53 cases of patients with postoperative incision infection in 5 cases，rate is 9.4%.3 cases of pulmonary infection，rate of 5.7%；4 cases of urinary tract infection，rate of 7.4%；1 cases of cerebral thrombosis occurred rate was 1.9%；lower extremity venous thrombosis in 1 case，rate was 1.9%.Diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar non ketotic coma，no operative death.Average incision healing time was（6.7±1.7）days，the average length of stay was（9.6±2.4）days.Conclusion Proper perioperative management，effective control of blood glucose in the ideal range，on the safety of patients with bladder cancer complicated with diabetes in perioperative period is necessary.

2型糖尿病作为一种常见糖代谢异常疾病，发病率逐年上升，而有研究发现糖尿病可能是膀胱癌发病的致病危险因素之一［1］。泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤是膀胱癌，位居所有恶性肿瘤的第9位［2］，膀胱癌合并糖尿病的外科治疗相对较棘手，手术并发症更多，影响预后。该文对2008年3月—2015年12月在该院接受手术治疗的膀胱癌合并2型糖尿病患者53例的临床资料进行了分析，总结手术治疗膀胱癌合并2型糖尿病的经验及注意事项，现报道如下。
