高职院校学业考试改革研究——基于“做中学、做中教”教学模式下考试创新的分析

［摘要]在高职教育中，以产教结合、教学做合一为主导思想的“做中学、做中教”的教学模式，增强了学生学习的积极性，使学生实践操作能力大大提高。但是传统的考试制度不能很好地发挥教学指挥棒的作用，表现出较多弊端。因此应以“做中学、做中教”为导向，创新高职学生的学业考试制度，从考试观念、考试形式、考试内容、考试重心、考试方法等方面进行改革，实现既考知识又考技能，既考过程又考结果，既考智商又考情商，科学、客观、公正地评价学生学业水平。

［Abstract］In vocational education, the teaching pattern of“learn in practice, teach in practice”includes the dominating idea of the combination of production and education. The Teach-Learn-Do amalgamation has enhanced the students’enthusiasm and the practical operating abilities. But the traditional examination system can not well play the role of teaching baton and some disadvantages exist. Therefore, based on“learn in practice, teach in practice”, the innovation on the academic examination should be carried out, including the idea, the form, the content, the focus, and the methods of the examination. The examination not only tests the students’knowledge but tests their skills; not only tests the process but the results; not only IQ but EQ so as to evaluate the students’academic level scientifically, objectively and fairly.

高职院校作为培养技能型人才的重要阵地，始终突出“产教结合、教学做合一”的指导思想。几年来许多院校都在改革传统的教师在“讲中教”，学生在“听中学”的教学模式，逐步实现教师讲授与学生学习及技能掌握联系在一起的“做中学、做中教”的教学模式。在这种模式下，学生学习积极性增强，课堂教学效果提升，学生实践操作能力大大提高。但是传统的考试方式并不能很好地反映出学生的能力与水平，有时还会表现出学生成绩与真实水平不一致等问题，因此有必要对传统的考试制度进行分析与研究。……
