内镜下组织胶注射治疗术后发热与HP感染的相关性研究

目的 分析内镜下组织胶注射治疗肝硬化胃底静脉曲张出血术后发热与HP感染的相关性。方法 分析自2011年8月—2012年12月，在该院行内镜下组织胶注射治疗的41例肝硬化胃底静脉曲张出血患者术后发热情况及HP感染的相关性，按检测结果分为两组，其中检测结果为阳性者25例（感染组），检测结果为阴性者16例（对照组），全部患者均进行内镜下组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张。结果41例经内镜确诊为肝硬化胃底静脉曲张出血的患者，均于治疗前后行HP检测，术后感染组发热19例（76%），对照组发热6例（37.5%），比较两组结果差异具有统计学意义。结论 肝硬化胃底静脉曲张合并HP感染患者，在内镜下组织胶注射治疗术后较无HP感染患者更易出现发热情况，如能在术前行HP规范清除治疗，则有助于减少术后发热的发生率。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the correlation between postoperative fever and HP infection in patients with liver cirrhosis by endoscopic histoacryl injection.Methods From August 2011 to December 2012，cases of postoperative fever and HP infection were analyzed in 41 cases of liver cirrhosis and gastric varices bleeding after endoscopic histoacryl injection in our department.Results 41 cases by endoscopic diagnosis for liver cirrhosis gastric fundus variceal bleeding patients，before and after treatment in line for the detection of HP，according to the test results into two groups where test results for positive in 25 cases（infection group），test results for negative in 16 cases（control group），all patients were endoscopic histoacryl injection in the treatment of gastric fundus varices and postoperative infection fever group 19 cases（76%），control group fever in 6 cases（37.5%）.Conclusion Liver cirrhosis gastric fundus varices with HP infection patients，in endoscopic histoacryl injection in the treatment of postoperative is no HP infection were more likely to have fever，such as in the preoperative regulate HP eradication treatment helps to reduce the incidence of postoperative fever.

胃底静脉曲张破裂出血，是肝硬化门脉高压患者的严重并发症。因起病急、出血量大、病情进展快，故死亡率较高。随着内镜技术的不断进展，内镜下组织胶注射已成为治疗肝硬化胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的有效措施。而术后发热是内镜下组织胶注射治疗术后最常见的并发症，其发热的原因也比较复杂。在此该研究通过分……
