Premier Li Keqiang arrives in Bishkek， capital of the Kyrgyzstan， on November 2 for an official visit to the country and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO） prime ministers meeting.
The SCO， established in Shanghai in 2001， provides a way for China to cooperate with Russia and four Central Asian nations—Kazakhstan， Kyrgyzstan， Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
During the eight-day trip， Li also visited Kazakhstan， Latvia and Russia and attended a meeting with heads of government from Central and Eastern European countries in Riga， Latvia.
