医院感染管理预防及其对策探讨

[摘要] 针对医院感染管理现状，通过健全组织机构，独立设处，建立规章制度，规范感染管理与质量控制，合理使用抗菌药物，加强医院感染预防控制知识培训、重点科室的督查管理和各部门之间的协调、注重医院感染管理团队建设、提高感染管理专职队伍管理水平等方法，提高了医护人员对医院感染管理重要性的认识，使医院感染管理制度与措施得以落实，从而有效控制了医院感染率。

[Abstract] According to the present situation of hospital infection management，through to make the perfect organization and independent department，to establish the rules and regulations，to specify the infection management and quality control，to rational use the antibiotics，to strengthen the knowledge training of nosocomial infection prevention control，the supervision and management of key department，and the coordination among different sectors，to pay attention to the team building of hospital infection management，to improve the management level of full-time team in infection management and the other methods.To improve the important understanding of medical staff on hospital infection management，to implement the institutions and measures of hospital infection management，in order to effectively control the nosocomial infection rate.

随着现代医学的发展，医院感染不断面临新的问题，医院感染的预防与控制，关系到保障患者生命安全，医院感染管理直接影响医院的医疗质量、医疗安全、医疗效益和社会效益[1]。大型综合性医院重症患者多，手术患者多，基层医院转入的危重疑难患者多，预防与控制医院感染涉及面广、环节多、易发因素多。现在的三级综合性医院，都设置感染管理科，配备了专职感染管理人员，但感染管理队伍以护理人员为主，年龄结构偏大，知识老化，管理开展目标性监测为主，但往往是统计数据，工作浮于表面，而管理的执行力度不够，管理的专业水平不高。为此，预防和控制医院感染，已是放在我们感染管理工作者面前的刻不容缓的任务。本研究分析医院感染管理现状，探讨在新形势下医院感染管理预防及其对策。
