团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用

【摘要】目的：探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选择2014年2月至2015年3月期间在我院急诊科室治疗的86例患者为研究对象，将患者分为观察组与对照组，其中给予对照组患者传统的管理模式进行护理管理，而对观察组中的患者则采用团队管理模式护理，观察对患者的护理效果。结果：通过对观察组中的患者采用团队管理模式护理后，患者在护理质量以及满意度方面均明显高于对照组中采用常规护理的患者，数据具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中具有良好的应用效果，能够提高对患者的护理质量、减少护理差错，减轻了疾病带给急诊科患者生理以及心理上的痛苦，受到患者及患者家属的一致好评，故具有临床推广价值与研究意义。

【abstract 】 objective： to study the effect of team management mode application in emergency nursing management. Methods： during February 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital emergency department treatment of 86 patients as the research object， the patients were divided into observation group and control group， the control group patients nursing management for the traditional management mode， while the patients in the observation group USES the team management mode of nursing， nursing effect of observation of patients. Results： by using group management mode of nursing the patients in observation group， patients in the nursing quality and satisfaction were significantly higher than that in control group in the conventional nursing care of patients， the data statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： team management mode has a good application effect in emergency nursing management， can improve the quality of care for patients and reduce nursing errors， reduce the disease to the emergency department patients physiological and psychological pain， unanimously praised by patients and patients families， so the clinical promotion value and research significance.

急诊科是医院重症病人最集中、病种最多、抢救任务最重的科室，所以对该科室的管理变得尤为重要。随着我国改革开放的逐步深入，医疗卫生服务竞争也变得越来越重要[1]，为了找到对急诊科护理管理的最佳模式、减少由于护理不当而给患者带来的伤害，本文选择2014年2月至2015年3月期间在我院急诊科室治疗的86例患者为研究对象，探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本文选择2014年2月至2015年3月期间在我院急诊科室治疗的86例患者为研究对象，将所选患者随机分为两组即观察组与对照组。其中在观察组43例患者中有男性患者18例，女性患者15例，患者的年龄在23-68岁之间不等，平均年龄为（44.8±2.2）岁；在43例对照组患者中有男性患者17例，女性患者16例，患者的年龄在21-68岁之间不等，平均年龄为（48.4±3.2）岁。两组患者的一般资料对比后，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。……
