土建施工管理中流水施工技术的应用分析

【摘要】随着社会经济的发展，土建工程的数量和规模越来越大，如何加强土建工程的施工管理是土建工程顺利进行的重要保障。在施工管理中应用流水施工技术可以显著提高土建工程的施工管理水平，值得在土建工程中推广。本文就流水施工技术在土建工程施工管理中的应用进行了研究，以此为我国土建工程的施工管理提供参考。

【Abstract】With the development of the society and economy， the quantity and scale of the civil engineering are more and more big. How to strengthen the civil engineering construction management is the important guarantee for the civil engineering. Application of construction technology in construction management can significantly improve the level of civil engineering construction management， it is worth in the civil engineering in the promotion. In this paper， the construction technology in the civil engineering construction management of the application of the study， in order to provide civil engineering construction management reference.

土建工程也被称为土木建筑工程，其涉及范围包括人们生产，生活的各个部门，对社会生活影响非常大。所以必须加强土建工程的施工管理，提高土建工程质量，为居民生活水平的提高提供基础保障。流水施工技术是一种提高施工效率的施工方法，所以研究流水施工技术在土建工程中的应用具有重要的现实意义。

1.流水施工技术内涵

流水施工技术的原理要求把施工对象按照科学的依据分为若干个独立的施工段[1]。施工段可以是跨越多个单项工程的同种类别的部分工程，同时也可以是集中的同一类型单位工程，如住宅建筑，也可以是单位工程的部分项目，如粉刷等。当施工段的工艺相同以及工程量相匹配时，按照工序的先后顺序，配以工序需要的专业人才组成专门的施工队伍，按照设计的工期和施工顺序，由一个施工段转向另一个施工段，以持续的方式进行相同的施工。其次流水施工要确定适当的施工间隔时间，保证施工队在一个施工段的时间正好等于流水步距的整数倍，实现施工的高效进行[2]。……
