市政道路桥梁建设施工协调性管理分析探索

【摘要】城市化进程在不断加快，促进了我国道路和桥梁的快速发展。道路桥梁的建设要实现顺利的开展和质量的保证，就必须采取科学、合理的协调管理，对于施工效率和质量都起到不容忽视的作用。本文从在首先对协调管理的含义和重要性做了阐述，之后分析了当前市政道路桥梁施工的现况，提出了几点强化协调管理的有效建议，促进市政管理水平的提升。

【Abstract】Urbanization continues to accelerate， promote the rapid development of China's roads and bridges. Construction of roads and bridges to achieve the smooth development and quality assurance， we must adopt a scientific and rational coordination and management for the construction efficiency and quality of play can not be ignored. From the first， the meaning and the importance of coordination and management made an exposition， after analyzing the current status of municipal road bridge， made several recommendations to strengthen effective coordination and management， and promote the upgrading of municipal management level.

道路桥梁工程是现代化城市的基本建设，更是市政工程的重要组成，关系着人们生活质量的提升。在当前城市化进程加快的新时期，道路桥梁的建设有了新的标准，作为城市基础设施建设的关键环节，在施工中就要更加重视管理，加强协调性管理，才能弥补工作开展中的不足，为工程的施工质量保驾护航。

1. 建筑协调性管理的含义和重要性

1.1含义。

建筑的协调性管理，指的是在进行施工建筑时，针对建筑工程中各个环节出现的问题进行协调性的沟通和管理，这里的协调性管理所涵盖的内容很多，包括配合协作关系，成本利润关系、企业与职工之间的关系、工程进度、工程质量等之间的协商管理[1]。

1.2重要性。
