设置有轮子和推进器的井下透水救援器

【摘 要】为了在发生井下透水事故时，能在最短的时间内，将被困人员救出，专门研发了一种设置有轮子和推进器的井下透水救援器。该救援器既可在地面上行驶，也可在水面或水下行驶，克服了潜水艇只能在水下行驶、不能在地面上行驶和普通救援器只能在地面行驶、不能在水下行驶的不足，因此在井下发生透水事故时，该救援器能迅速通过有水或无水坑道，将被困人员救出险境。

【Abstract】In order to be in the occurrence of underground water flooding accident， can in the shortest time， will be trapped personnel rescued， specialized research and development of a set of wheels and propeller of the underground water permeable rescue device. The rescue device can not only on the ground driving， driving in the surface or under water， overcome the submarines can run in water， not traveling on the ground and ordinary rescue device can only run on the ground， not traveling in the water shortage， so the occurrence of underground flooding accident， the rescue device can quickly through the water or waterless tunnel， will be stranded the personnel to rescue danger.

透水事故是指煤矿由于在下层开采，有地下水，或者地下河，一旦打穿就会被水淹，这种状况就是透水事故。一旦透水事故发生后，后果常常非常严重，小的造成经济损失，大的造成大量人员死亡和矿井报废等重大损失，如山西华晋焦煤旗下在建矿王家岭煤矿发生透水事故就是这种现象。2013年8月，科技部批复了由国家安全监管总局组织实施的“十二五”国家科技支撑计划重大项目“煤矿透水、火灾等重大事故防治关键技术与装备研发”。该项目共设8个课题，总研究经费达11805万元，矿井透水的预警及救援项目排在了其他项目的前面。当发生井下透水事故时，首要任务就是在最短的时间内将被困人员救出井下。

1 目前井下透水事故的救援及抢救手段

目前井下透水事故后的救援及抢救手段非常单一，主要是立即调集水泵，靠加快排水进度来对被困人员进行施救。通过国内外全面检索，矿……
