DJ800—100（T）型导热油加热沥青设备的建造安装

【摘要】根据我局公路现代化总体发展要求，油库设计采用目前国内一流的导热油加热沥青技术和局部加热新工艺，包括安装壹台套100万大卡燃煤加热炉等，经过一个施工季节的运行、双方有关人员验收和国家技术监督局验收，整套设备达到和超过了原技术要求，其中生产能力、节能、环保都超过原技术要求，达到了优质、高效、节能、环保的目的；对我局的工程养护现代化建设提供了有力保障，取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。

1. 总体要求

沥青加热设备是公路机械化施工工序中的重要组成部分，也是关键的一环，其生产能力必须与其它环节相匹配，其生产沥青质量必须达到工程养护施工要求。因此，加热沥青设备的整个生产过程必须达到优质、高效、节能、环保的要求。

1.1工程规模。根据我局公路现代化总体发展要求，油库设计采用目前国内一流的导热油加热沥青技术和局部加热新工艺，拟新建一处占地面积50亩，总储存量为2400吨的大型沥青储备库。包括安装壹台套100万大卡燃煤加热炉，3个800吨沥青钢制保温储存罐，3个15吨高温罐，1个局部加热器及工艺管道、设备、电气、仪表等项目。形成目前整体储存能力2400吨，年周转能力8000吨，班产160℃高温沥青160吨的生产规模，以使沥青储备能力、生产能力、技术水平能够适应我局公路现代化建设的需要。
