科技服务业支撑现代农业发展研究

[摘 要]本文从分析现代农业发展需要科技服务业支撑的必要性开始，阐述了当前科技服务业支撑现代农业发展的重点方向，并对科技服务业支撑现代农业发展中所需要的政策环境和市场环境提出建议，希望通过本文的论述，进一步深化科技服务业和现代农业的融合发展，发挥科技服务业对现代农业发展的支撑作用，实现产业间1+1融合大于2的发展效果。

[Abstract] This paper expounds the current science and technology services to support the development of modern agriculture starting from analyzing of the necessity of modern agriculture development needs of science and technology services support， puts forward some suggestions on What we need in science and technology services to support the development of modern agriculture policy and market environment. In the hope of further deepening of the fusion of science and technology service industry and modern agriculture development， giving play to the role of science and technology services support for the development of modern agriculture， and realizing greater development effect between industry.

农业是国民经济的基础，农业发展的重要性不言而喻。一直以来，现代农业是农业的发展目标和方向，当前，无论是《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》（下面简称“建议”）中提出的大力推进农业现代化，还是《全国农业可持续发展规划（2015-2030年）》（后面简称“规划”）中提出农业可持续发展，都表明现代农业在我国发展已进入关键战略阶段。在此阶段，生产现代化和生产要素技术升级、产业结构优化和布局合理，生产链条和效益链条延伸等方面是农业现代化进程的重要优化领域，这些优化领域目标的实现脱离不了科技服务业的支撑，最终利用科技服务业的支撑促进和加速现代农业的发展，形成《建议》 中提出的高效、产品安全、资源节约、环境友好的农业现代化道路〔1，2〕。
