浅谈对水工建筑设计浅显认识

【摘要】水利工程中的建筑设计内容主要是用于容纳和保护水利设施、设备以及配套设施的水工建筑物，水利工程中的建筑 艺术 创作设计应根据美的原则，构筑凝固的艺术，以满足感观上的要求。美好和谐的建筑景观作为 政治 、文化的橱窗，可以反映出国家的实力、民族的文化及人民生活的幸福，具有很高的社会意义。要做好2l世纪 中国 水利这件大事，就必须将社会、人与水之间的关系纳入水利 科学 研究之中，提出新的治水战略，将以前不太为人们所重视或者是限于条件尚无力去重视的水利工程建筑艺术创作设计、水资源可持续利用问题、生态环境问题提出并进行研究、探讨和尝试。

【Abstract】Water conservancy project in the architectural design mainly for housing and protection of water conservancy facilities， equipment， and facilities of hydraulic structures， water conservancy construction of artistic creation should be designed according to the principles of the United States to build a solidification of the art， to the concept of satisfactionrequirements. Beautiful and harmonious architectural landscape as the political， cultural window， reflects the strength of the country， the culture of the nation and the happiness of life of the people with high social significance. To do the major events of the the 2l century Chinese water conservancy， the society， the relationship between people and water must be included in the Hydraulic Research， propose new water management strategy， less people paying attention or is limited to conditions no force to attach importance to water conservancy project construction art creative design， sustainable water use， ecological and environmental problems and conduct research， explore and try.

1. 引言

水利建筑本身作为一门跨专业的学科，工程往往由水利工程师担当设计，故使用功能、耐久年限等一般不会有大的问题，但不少水利工程师由于缺乏足够的建筑学知识和艺术训练，往往只注重功能的需求而甚少涉及建筑艺术和美观的需要，做有建筑艺术化、环境景观化的水利工程设计力不从心，使得大部分水利建筑给人们的印象都是粗老笨重的钢筋混凝土形象。而建筑艺术创作设计属建筑学理论范畴，但建筑师往往因缺乏水利专业技术知识和对 农村 水利工程环境的了解，无法胜任水利建筑的设计。在物质文明和精神文明飞速发展的 现代 社会中，水利建筑越来越多地开始注意视觉效果，很多水利建筑还与 旅游 景点相结合，成为旅游景观的一部分。……
