我国高校学生贫困问题的伦理审视

摘 要 对贫困生的资助一直以来都是社会各界关注的问题，也是高校管理的一个重要组成部分，随着社会经济的发展，贫困生资助的方式方法逐渐丰富，资助范围逐步扩大，但同时也引起了一系列诸如贫困生界定、资助等帮扶过程中，突显的诚信、责任和人道主义等伦理问题，以及越来越多的贫困生表现出的不健康的思想和心理状况。

Abstract The poor students funding has been is that social all circles pays close attention to， is the management of colleges and universities is an important part， with economic and social development， gradually enrich the ways and means of the funding for poor students， gradually expand the scope of the fund， but also caused the series such as definition of poor students， funding and other assistance in the process， highlighting the integrity， responsibility and humanitarian ethics problem， and more and more poor students perform the unhealthy ideological and psychological status. 贫困生现象的产生，既是历史的积淀，也有社会现实的原因。我国现代教育体系的不断完善，政府、社会及高校多年来努力探索高校贫困生问题的解决之道，已取得了不错的成效，然而现代经济社会的发展，高等教育在面临着改革转型的巨大挑战和竞争压力下，出现了教育经费不足与教育成本增加的矛盾，以及多种价值观在校园文化中碰撞的现状，导致新时期下高校贫困生问题的凸显。

1 贫困生界定的伦理问题

1.1 界定过程凸显诚信危机

国家教育部在《关于对高等学校生活特别困难的学生进行资助的通知》中对高校贫困生的界定有明确的规定：即是指由于家庭经济困难，而没有能力支付教育相关费用或支付教育相关费用困难的普通高等学校学生。依据此规定，我国多数高校再制定符合自身实际情况的贫困生界定标准，其影响因素主要有：学生家庭构成及年均收入水平，学生学杂费等教育费用缴纳程度，以及学生在校学习期间消费支出水平等。……
