“动物”和“科学家”

摘 要 心理学的各个派别都曾把人格作为研究对象，并提出了对人格的不同解释，形成了各具特色的人格观。斯金纳在强化理论中把人预设为“动物”，并认为人格是强化史的产物;凯利的个人建构理论中把人预设为“科学家”，并强调人格的形成源于个人的建构系统。斯金纳和凯利的人格观在研究的方法论、人的本质和异常人格的界定方面存在分歧。通过两者人格观的对比，在以后的研究中要以整体性的观点预测符合时代要求的发展趋势。

"Animal" and "Scientists"

——Based on Skinner and Kelly's Personality Concept

Abstract Various factions have the personality psychology as a research object， and put forward a different interpretation of the personality， forming a distinctive personality concept. Skinner in strengthening the theory the person is preset to "animals"， and that personality is to strengthen the product of history; Kelly's Personal Construct Theory man preset to "scientists"， and stressed that the formation of the personality from the individual Construction system. Methodology and Kelly Skinner personality concept in the study， there are differences to define aspects of human nature and abnormal personality. By comparing the two personality concept in future studies should take a holistic view of the prediction in line with the development trend of the times.

0 引言

人格，这个让人感觉既熟悉又陌生的词汇，贯穿于研究领域已经经历了上百年的历史，不论是在教育学界还是在社会学家的视野下，都没能给人格做一个确定的解释。心理学是研究人格理论最多的领域，但同样，仅20世纪初期，心理学家对人格的解释就已经超过了五十多种，并且随着心理学理论的不断发展与完善，又出现了对人格的新的界定。斯金纳的强化理论主张人格是人类强化史的产物，而凯利的建构理论则强调一个人的人格就是他的建构系统。本研究在阐述强化理论和建构理论的人格预设的基础上，对比分析两种人格观的异同，并进行简略思索，以期为人格的理论和实证研究提供依据。
