糖皮质激素在慢性疼痛治疗中的效果

[摘要] 目的 探讨糖皮质激素在慢性疼痛治疗中的效果。 方法 选取我院在2015年1月～2016年1月收治的96例慢性疼痛患者作为研究对象，按照入院的先后顺序随机分成观察组和对照组，各48例，对照组患者采用常规的非甾体抗炎药物进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加糖皮质激素类药物进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗的效果。 结果 治疗4周之后，观察组患者的疼痛评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗的优良率和缓解率分别为83.33%和93.75%，而对照组治疗的优良率和缓解率分别为62.5%和79.17%，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对于慢性疼痛患者在常规治疗的基础上增加糖皮质激素类药物治疗可以提高治疗的效果，有效缓解患者的疼感，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic pain. Methods 96 patients with chronic pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects and divided randomly by the admission order into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group. Routine non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug was given to the patients from the control group and glucocorticoid treatment was added on the basis of the control group and the treatment effects of the patients from both groups were observed. Results Pain scores of the patients from observation group was significantly better than the control group（P<0.05） with statistical significance； the good rate and relieve rate of the treatment of the patients from observation group was 83.33% and 93.75% and those of the patients from control group was 62.5% and 79.17% and the observation group was obviously better than the control group with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with chronic pain， glucocorticoid treatment added on the basis of routine treatment can increase the treatment effect， relive the pain of the patients and improve the living quality， which deserves clinical application and recommendation.

在机体的感觉当中，疼痛是一种重要的感觉，主要是由于机体存在损伤以及潜在损伤情况所导致的一种感觉和情感体验，当然这种感觉和体验是不愉快的。如果疼痛的感觉持续存在，并且没有及时进行处理或者在特定的情况下疼痛的感觉无法进行缓解，那么疼痛的程度会进一步加重，并发展成为慢性疼痛，对患者正常的生活造成严重不利的影响，降低了患者的生活质量。随着疼痛机制研究的不断深入以及新型镇痛药物制剂的不断出现，糖皮质类激素药物在慢性疼痛治疗上的作用日益凸显，受到了医学领域的广泛关注和重视[1，2]。为了探讨糖皮质激素类药物在慢性疼痛治疗中的效果，本文选取我院在2015年1月～2016年1月收治的96例慢性疼痛患者作为研究对象进行分析，现报道如下。
