基础医学类研究生融合导师一岗双责制的班级建设模式探析

摘 要 将导师一岗双责制融合进研究生班级建设，是进行研究生培养管理工作的创新，符合进一步深化研究生教育改革的要求，是对基础医学类研究生教育、管理新组织模式的探索。本文旨在探讨基础医学类融合导师制的横纵结合研究生班级建设模式，探讨基础医学类研究生的特点和现有班级模式的现状，阐述新模式的运作机制和建设要求，认为研究生在思想政治工作中的主体作用，不失为研究生思想政治教育、培养管理改革的有益探索。

Abstract Integrate the tutor dual responsibility system into graduate class construction， is a postgraduate cultivation management innovation， with further deepening of educational reform， the education and management of the new organizational mode of students in basic medical research explore. This paper aims to explore the basic medicine fusion tutorial system of vertical and horizontal according to graduate student class construction mode， and to explore the status of basic medical research characteristics and existing class model， the requirements for the construction and operation mechanism of new model are elaborated that graduate students in the ideological and political work in the main role， is regarded as a research student ideological and political education， cultivate a useful exploration of the management reform.

1 基礎医学类研究生的管理特点分析

（1）生源质量下降，研究生班级结构复杂。研究生招生规模不断扩大，基础医学类研究生数量也在逐步增加，同时受专业求职去向少、收入水平低、职业晋升慢等因素的影响，大部分医学生不愿意选择基础医学类研究生，加上其他医学相关类的学生报考和研究生招生调剂，使得基础医学类研究生的生源质量下降，同时年龄结构不同，本科学习经历不同，地域来源、家庭状况、知识储备、生活经历等的差异，使得研究生班级的结构复杂，给基础医学类研究生的班级建设带来障碍。①②

（2）基础医学类研究生精力主要集中于科研任务，集体意识淡薄。基础医学类研究生完成理论课程学习后，便各自进入导师所在的系室承担一定的科研任务，相对于其他类别的研……
