“中国梦”的概括性与构建医德共识路径初探

摘 要 构建医德共识是医学生人文素质教育的一种创新模式，它对医学生的医德教育具有重要意义。医学院校最需要构建的医德共识是医学职业理想、医学职业态度和医学职业价值观。“中国梦”的概括性对于医德共识的构建具有促进作用。将“中国梦”融入到医学教学全过程，有利于医德共识的构建，使医学生更好地为患者服务，造福于社会。

First Discussion about the Chinese Dream of Generalization

and Consensus Building Medical Ethics Path

Abstract Building Medical ethics consensus is a kind of innovation mode for medical students humanities quality education， it has great significance to the medical students' medical ethics education. Medical colleges need to build consensus on medical ethics medical career ideal， medical professional attitudes and values of medical professional. "The Chinese Dream" generality for the construction of medical ethics consensus. "The Chinese Dream" into the whole process of medical teaching， is helpful for the construction of medical ethics consensus， make medical students better service for patients， and benefit of society.

十八屆一中全会后中央政治局常委与中外记者见面会上，习近平总书记提出“期盼有更好的教育、更高水平的医疗卫生服务”作为重要的奋斗目标。医学院校承担着培养农村（社区）基层医学人才的重要使命，进一步加强以医学职业道德、职业态度和职业价值观为基本内容的医学人文素质教育，培养学生的道德责任感，是医学院校义不容辞的历史重任。

那么，什么是医德共识？如何构建医德共识？构建哪些医德共识？等诸多问题的探讨与解决，对于构建以医学职业理想（世界观）、医学职业态度（人生观）和医学职业价值观（价值观）为基本内容的医德共识具有重要的借鉴意义。

1 医德共识构建的紧迫性

所谓医德共识是指医学生、医务工作者以及从事医学相关工作人员对医学伦理道德大体一致或相近的看法。对于医学院校而言，医德共识对整个校园文化主流意识形态起着主导作用，同时也对医学生的行为规范起到强有力的约束作用。……
