论青少年如何走出“无形”找寻到真正有辨识度的自我风采

摘 要 本文通过引入埃里克森关于青少年成长的“同一性”理论，通过品读成长小说经典《看不见的人》的主人公的寻找自我与艰辛成长的过程，探讨艾里克森关于黑人在多民族社会中通过寻找自我来走出“无形”处境这一自强之路的观点的合理性，引申艾里森的观点论证中国当代青少年在多元化文化冲击背景下的高速经济时代不迷失自我陷入“无形”并找寻到真正有辨识度的自我“风采”的出路在：立足于接纳自己的家族、尊重自己民族的优秀信仰，热爱自己的民族文化，对待其他文化带着取其精华去其糟粕的辨证态度，并以赤子之心深深融入自己民族博大精深的传统与文化中发扬光大，才能找寻并成就真我风采！

——The Enlightenment of the Classical Works of "Invisible Man"

Abstract The paper is introduced Erickson's "Identity" theory about the growth of teenagers. Through reading the classic novel "invisible man"， in which the hero looked for self growth and hardships， it discusses the rationality of the self-improvement that the blacks in a multiracial society seek self out of "invisible". It argues that in the high speed economy and a multi-cultural society the teenagers don't lose themselves in "invisible" and find the real self identification of "style". The ways： excellent beliefs based on acceptance of their own family， respect their own nation， love their national culture， treat other cultures with a dialectical attitude of its essence to its dregs， and deeply into their nation's broad and profound utter innocence carry forward the traditional culture， to find self-achievement.

20世纪成长小说经典之一《看不见的人》是美国黑人作家拉尔夫·艾里森创作的成长小说，舆论公认这是一部划时代的成长小说。而笔者致敬这部作品的重要原因是该作品在探索人的个性和自我本质的失落探索问题上，在自我寻找和自我意识觉醒的问题上，对当代社会青少年的成长依然有着深刻的指引意义。在细致品读这部以表达美国黑人寻找自我与艰辛成长的经典作品过程中。笔者深深领悟到：主人公在经过漫长的时间，体验过种种期望遭到毁灭的痛苦以后，才获得别人与生俱有的认识：我只做自己并全然认可自己！……
