大学生“就业难”的成因及对策研究

摘 要 随着近几年我国高等教育的不断发展，大学生的数量已渐渐增多。由于岗位资源非常有限，不能满足大学生的就业需求，使得大学生的就业率大大降低，这是目前国家、社会、高校最为关注的问题。本篇文章就是以大学生“就业难”的成因及对策研究为题，分析大学生就业难的主要原因和应对策略。

"Employment Difficulty" of College Students

Abstract With the continuous development of higher education in China in recent years， the number of college students has increased gradually. As job resources are very limited， can not meet the employment needs of college students， the employment rate of college students is greatly reduced， which is the current state， society， the most concerned about the university. This article is based on the cause of college students "employment difficulties" and the countermeasures of the problem， analysis of the main causes of college students' employment difficulties and countermeasures.

大學生就业问题不仅关系到大学生的未来，也关系到高等教育事业的发展和社会的和谐安定。国家、社会、高校都非常关心大学生就业问题，大学毕业生很想拥有一份能发挥自身所学知识的工作，能为自己未来职业生涯带来有利的影响、实现自身价值的工作，这是所有大学生的完美梦想。但是在现今社会中，却很难找到满足大学生需求的工作岗位。我们要先了解大学生就业难的主要原因，根据相关问题来提高大学生整体就业率。

1 大学生就业现状

随着高校的扩招，我国在校大学生人数急剧增加，导致大学生毕业人数也不断增加。据有关新闻报道，近几年是大学生毕业人数最多的几年，已经达到了市场饱和状态，导致很多就业岗位竞争非常激烈。很大一部分毕业生不能顺利就业或是找到满意的工作，同时还有很多找到工作的大学生，却没有成为单位的正式员工，只是签署了临时合同，欠缺长期保障。还有少数大学生是因为性别、地域、户籍等条件被有关单位拒之门外。……
