关于乌鲁木齐城镇居民农产品安全标识认知情况的调查分析

摘 要：通过对乌鲁木齐城镇居民农产品安全标识识别情况进行调查，分析营销乌鲁木齐城镇居民购买带标农产品的影响因素，针对这些因素提出相关建议，促进农产品带标上市。主要使用的研究方法为问卷调查法和归纳分析法。通过调查分析发现，影响乌鲁木齐城镇居民购买带标农产品的主要因素有消费者个人基本情况、农产品安全标识识别情况、购买渠道以及消费习惯情况等。应当加强农产品安全标识宣传，促进农产品带标上市，建立完善的农产品安全追溯系统，引导消费者养成良好的购物习惯。

Investigation and Analysis on the Cognition of Safety Identification of Agricultural Products of Urban Residents in Urumqi

Abstract： Through the survey of urban residents in Urumqi agricultural products security identity recognition， marketing analysis of Urumqi urban residents purchase with the label of the factors affecting the agricultural products. In view of these factors put forward related suggestions， and promote the agricultural products with standard market. The main research methods are questionnaire survey and induction analysis. Through the investigation and analysis， it is found that the influence of Urumqi urban residents to purchase scale of agricultural products， the main factors are consumers personal basic situation， safety of agricultural products logo recognition， buy channel and consumer habits etc.. Should strengthen agricultural product safety identification， promote agricultural products with standard listing， establish a sound agricultural product safety traceability system， and guide consumers to develop good shopping habits.

近年来，食品安全问题已经成为了一个热门社会问题，特别是当前随着人们生活水平的提高，对于食品安全有着更高的要求，而在食品消费中，食品安全识别能够对消费者的购买行为产生重要影响。2015年4月，我国通过了新的食品安全法——《中华人民共和国食品安全法》，对于部分食品在安全标识方面的使用情况进行了规定，并提出了农产品带标上市。所谓带标上市，就是指农产品在生产和销售过程中，依据农产品安全标识使用标准，相关农产品在生产和加工过程中，经过专业认定机构验证后，在销售过程中使用相应的安全标识，标明质量安全信息。消费者购买农产品中，可以通过观察其使用的安全标识，获取相应的质量安全信息，从而使得质量安全成为农产品销售的一个属性因素。……
