适合中小型企业仓储管理系统的设计与实现

摘 要：在宁波大量中小型企业缺乏合适WMS的环境下，文章设计与实施出的仓储管理系统具有很大的推广价值。以宁波A企业为例，引用PHP+Mysql作为技术支撑，设计一套适合中小型企业的仓储管理系统，并投入企业生产中实现应用。提高了企业的生产效率，如减少人力消耗、缩短作业周期、优化仓储流程、降低盘库误差等。

Abstract： In Ningbo， a majority of small and medium-sized enterprises are lack of suitable WMS，under this situation，the warehouse management system which has designed and realized from this paper has the great worth to generalize. Using a A enterprise in Ningbo as example， design a set of warehouse management system which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise with PHP+Mysql as technical support in this paper， furthermore realize the application into the production of enterprise. Improve the efficiency of enterprise's production， such as reduce the human consumption， shorten the work period， optimize the storage process， lower the error of inventory verification and so on.

0 引 言

改革开放后，我国中小型企业快速崛起，现今已经占有全国企业中的百分之九十九[1]。中小型企业的发展有助于缓解我国的就业压力，促进社会的和谐发展，优化我国的经济结构，对我国的经济发展具有很大的影响。然而我国的中小型企业大多存在流动资金少，仓储管理不规范，设施设备不齐全等弊端，其中仓储管理作为企业物流管理的核心，仓储管理系统的应用成为了重中之重[2]。可见研究适合中小型企业的仓储管理系统，将直接影响到企业能否在竞争残酷的环境下长远发展。

仓储管理系统的发展经历了最初的人工管理阶段，到机械化、自动化和智能化仓储管理阶段，仓储管理技术不断上升。目前，自动化技术和信息技术的应用已经成为仓储技术的重要支柱，自动化仓库、自动识别和分拣系统，以及条码和射频技术、供应商管理库存和零库存技术等也开始在一些大型企业中使用，从而解决了其仓储管理时效性慢及库存数据准确性差等问
