中小学教师职业道德失范行为的心理学透视

【摘要】随着社会的发展，师德失范行为的表现不再显得血腥与残暴，而是变得温和与隐蔽；对师德失范行为的理解，已不能仅仅局限于是否违背老师职业道德规范的要求，而还要看能否用教师职业道德规范进行约束与调整。师德失范的原因是多方面的，但教师自身的心理健康状况是师德失范的根源。本文从品德的心理结构、个性倾向及中小学教师人格异常的表现入手，站在心理学的角度，探讨了中小学教师职业道德失范行为产生的心理原因。

Abstract：With the development of society， morality lost fan behavior no longer is bloody and cruel， but be gentle and subtle； morality lost fan behavior understanding， has not only limited to whether the breach of teacher's professional ethics requirements， and depends on whether the constraints and adjustment of teachers' professional ethics. Ethics lose reason of fan is， but teachers' mental health status is morality loses Fan's origin. The from the psychological structure of morality， personality tendency and primary and middle school teachers' personality abnormal manifestations of， stand in the angle of psychology， discusses the primary and secondary school teachers' Professional Ethics Anomie behavior psychological reasons.

一、教师职业道德与教师职业道德失范行为

目前，对教师职业道德的理解，已不仅仅局限在外在的道德规范体系上，而在“外在的行为规范与行为准则通过‘内化形成教师的观念意识与行为品质”方面已达成共识。教师职业道德素养的提高不能局限于外在的道德規范体系的建构，更要重视教师道德观念与行为品质的养成。外在的行为规范体系是衡量教师职业行为的标准，但由于缺乏具体的客观性指标，因而教师的行为是否是道德的只能依靠主观上的判断。

无可争议，不符合教师职业道德规范要求的行为是不道德的行为，但并不能把它简单称之为“教师职业道德失范行为”。从行为结果上看，那些对学生造成严重伤害的的行为如打骂学生、残害学生、甚至对学生进行性侵害的行为虽然是不符合教师职业道德规范要求的行为，如果不能用道德去约束、调整，而必须用法律去制裁时，就不能看作是教师职业道德失范行为。……
