300例超导可视人工流产的临床效果观察

【摘 要】 目的：讨论超导可视人工流产的临床效果。方法：将300例自愿要求进行人流的女性随机分为观察组与对照组，各组150例，观察组采用传统人工流产术，对照组采用超导可视人流。结果：观察组平均出血量为（5.4±1.1）ml，对照组平均出血量为（7.3±1.7）ml，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组宫腔手术操作时间明显长于观察组（P<0.05）；观察组在手术中、后均出现1例并发症，发生率0.07%，对照组6例患者出现并发症，发生率 4%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：超导可视人流术填补了传统人流术盲做或凭借感觉、经验操作的缺点，安全彻底，有效预防或减少患者术中、术后并发症的发生概率，在人工流产技术中值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of superconducting visual induced abortion. Methods： 300 cases of voluntary abortion of women， will be randomly divided into observation group and control group， 150 cases in each group， the observation group used the traditional artificial abortion， control group using superconducting visual flow. Results： In the observation group， amount of bleeding （5.4±1.1 ）ml， the control group， the amount of bleeding was for （7.3±1.7） ml， the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P<0.05）； control group of uterine cavity operation time was significantly higher than that of the observation group， the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P<0.05）； Observation group surgery， 1 case of complications after all， the incidence of 0.07% in the control group 6 patients with complications， the incidence of 4%， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Superconducting visual abortion fill in the traditional abortion blind or by virtue of feeling， the shortcomings of operational experience， safety of radical， effectively prevent or reduce the patients， after the probability of occurrence of complications， in the induced abortion technique worth clinical promotion.

传统的人工流产技术的操作主要依靠手术者经验、感觉进行盲操作，由于子宫屈度、孕囊着床位置等因素，术中、后并发症频发，比如子宫穿孔、漏吸等，在手术安全方面无法得到保障。因此，超导可视人流技术出现，它是借助超导人流手术仪将人流装置和B超装置进行有机结合，在手术中可视超声影像的指导下进行人工流产操作[1]。现报道如下。

1 一般资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

整理2003—2015年在松潘县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心自愿要求人工流产手术的患者300例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组150例。观察组采用超导可视人流，对照组采用传统人工流产术；对照组年龄20～40岁，平均年龄（27±4.9）岁，孕次1～7 次，平均孕次（1.9±0.8）次，孕育周期6～8周，平均孕周（6.8±0.7）周，平均孕囊大小1.67cm；观察组年龄19～39岁，平均年龄（28±4.3）岁，孕次1～8次，平均孕次（2±0.7）次，孕育周期6～8周，平均孕周（6.5±0.2）周，平均孕囊大小1.79cm。两组患者均无人流禁忌症状，两组患者在年龄、孕次、孕周、孕囊大小等方面比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 纳入标准

1）患者人流次数不超过2次；2）有停经史，尿hcg（+），B超确证为早孕，超声孕周6～8周；3）签署手术知情同意书。

对照组：由经验丰富、高资质主治医生进行传统人流方法进行“盲吸”。观……
