中医定向透药疗法对糖尿病周围神经病变的影响

【摘要】目的 观察中医定向药透对糖尿病周围神经病变的影响。方法 将98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者按随机数字表分为实验组和对照组，各49例，对照组采用常规治疗与护理措施，实验组在对照组基础上加用中医定向透药疗法。比较两组患者的周围神经病变积分改善率。结果 实验组采用中医定向透药合糖尿病周围神经病变积分改善率优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用中医定向透药疗法能够有效的改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状。

Objective To observe the orientation of traditional Chinese medicine drugs of effects on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods According to random number table，divided 98 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy into experimental group and control group，all the 49 cases. Control group using conventional treatment and nursing measures，the experimental group based on the control group the total orientation of TCM drug therapy. Compared two groups of patients with peripheral neuropathy integral period. Results Experimental group using orientation of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetes peripheral neuropathy，the integral period was better than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Using using orientation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.

糖尿病主要是由于胰岛素分泌功能障碍或胰岛素功能缺陷等原因造成的血糖值升高的一种代谢性疾病［1］。糖尿病周围神经病变（以下简称DPN）患病率高达60%～90%，使患者产生肢体麻木、疼痛、运动障碍、肌肉萎缩甚至萎废失用和植物神经功能障碍［2］。我院对糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用中医定向透药疗法，取得了满意效果，报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2014年5月～2015年4月在我院内分泌科住院的糖尿病周围神经病变患者98例。采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和实验组。实验组49例，男24例，女25例，平均（43±8）岁，病程（5.1±1.6）年；对照组49例，男26例，女23例，平均（42±9）岁，病程（4.8±1.4）年；两组患者在性别、年龄、病程等差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。具有可比性。详见表1。
