实时控制在医疗质量管理中的研究与应用

【摘要】目的 分析实时控制在医疗质量管理中的研究与应用。方法 对医院的医疗质量管理建立实时控制的计算机系统，实施时间为2014年10月～2015年10月，选取80名医院工作人员，分析实施前后医疗质量管理的满意度。结果 实施计算机实时控制技术后，医疗质量管理满意度92.50%，相比实施前的数据，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 对医院医疗质量管理采用实时控制技术的应用效果良好。

Objective To analyze the real-time control of research and application in medical quality management. Methods For hospital medical quality management to establish a real time control computer system，the implementation period was from October 2014 to October 2015，the selection of 80 hospital staff，and analysis of medical quality management satisfaction. Results After the implementation of computer real-time control technology，the medical quality management degree of satisfaction was 92.50%. Compared to before the implementation of the data，the difference has statistical significance，P＜0.05. Conclusion By using real time control for hospital medical quality management，the application effect is remarkable.

我院自2014年10月～2015年10月对医疗质量管理体系进行实时控制管理，管理方法包括环节质量管理、基础管理、终末质量管理等［1-3］，有利于及时促进医院医疗质量的一体化，提高我院的医疗服务质量，实现医疗质量监控与管理体系，为此，本次研究旨在分析实时控制在医疗质量管理中的研究与应用，为今后的临床研究提供相关的指导意见，详情见下文。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2013年10月～2015年10月80名医院工作人员作为研究对象，对2014年10月建立的实时控制医疗质量管理计算机系统实施前后进行管理满意度比较，80名医院工作人员年龄为20～48岁，平均年龄为（32.5±2.3）岁；男56名，女24名；工作年限2～15年，平均工作年限（7.42±2.49）年；研究生学历18名，本科学历49名，大专13名；副主任医师25名，主治医师34名，医师21名。

1.2实施方法

1.2.1要素分析 对影响医疗质量的相关要素进行严格的分析判断，可将其作为用于医疗质量实时控制的指标，便于医疗质量控制体系的建立，利于医疗质量管理的进行。……
