乳腺癌术后不同方案化疗的临床观察及预后比较

【摘要】目的 分析比较乳腺癌术后不同方案化疗的临床疗效与预后。方法 选取我院于2014年2月～2015年2月收治的乳腺癌术后患者120例作为临床研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。观察组患者采用NP方案（诺维本+顺铂）进行化疗，对照组患者采用FEC方案（5-氟尿嘧啶+表柔比星+环磷酰胺）进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及预后情况。结果 根据统计学分析结果，两组患者的毒副反应率相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），两组患者的5年无病生存率和总生存率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论 NP化疗方案治疗乳腺癌术后患者的临床疗效和预后效果与FEC化疗方案相似。

Objective Analysis and comparison of the curative effect of different chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery and prognosis． Methods Selected the hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 after breast cancer surgery patients as a clinical study，120 cases were randomly divided into two groups and the control group，60 cases in each group，observer group were treated with NP program（vinorelbine+cisplatin）chemotherapy，patients in the control group using FEC scheme（5-fluoro-uracil+epirubicin cyclophosphamide）therapy． Compared two groups of patients in treatment and prognosis． Results According to the results of statistical analysis，two sets of rates of side effects in patients with no significant difference（P＞0．05），two 5-year disease-free survival rate and no significant difference in overall survival（P＞0．05）． Conclusion NP chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative breast cancer patients with clinical and prognosis effect similar to the FEC chemotherapy，you might consider promoting the use of clinical．

乳腺癌是妇科中的常见的恶性肿瘤，具有较高的发病率和病死率，其致病因素目前尚不明确，但一般认为主要与乳腺癌家族史、年龄、生育经历、乳腺良性疾病未治愈等因素有关［1-2］。选取我院相关病例为研究对象进行专项研究，将NP方案与FEC方案进行对比分析，以明确NP方案的应用价值。现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院于2014年2月～2015年2月收治的乳腺癌术后患者120例作为临床研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。所有患者均为女性。其中，观察组患者年龄27～68岁，平均年龄（47±5.3）岁；乳腺癌Ⅰ期18例，Ⅱ期30例，Ⅲ期12例。对照组患者年龄25～66岁，平均年龄（46±5.8）岁；乳腺癌Ⅰ期16例，Ⅱ期31例，Ⅲ期13例。经比较，两组患者在一般资料差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。……
