小金片治疗疖肿病临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的 观察应用小金片联合鱼石脂治疗疖肿病的有效性。方法 门诊65例疖肿患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，实验组35例，联合应用小金片和鱼石脂：对照组30例，仅外敷鱼石脂治疗。分别于用药后第1 d，第3 d，第5 d观察比较两组有效性。结果 实验组的有效率分别为60%，71．4%，85．7%；试验组疗效高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论 小金片联合鱼石脂治疗疖肿病可促进炎症吸收，减轻疼痛，缩短病程，同时又可减少抗生素的使用，避免抗生素的不良反应，减少切开排脓及疤痕的形成。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of xiaojin tablets joint ichthyol in the treatment of Furuncle disease． Methods Sixty-five furuncle swollen disease patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group（35 cases）and control group（30 cases）． The treatment group were treated with xiaojin tablets and ichthyol，the control group were given ichthyol only． The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after one day，three days，five days． Results After treatment，the total effecitve rate of the treatment group was 60%，71．4%，85．7%． The treatment group had better therapeutic effect than that of the control group（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Xiaojin tablets and ichthyol has good therapeutic effect，xiaojin tablets joint ichthyol cure furuncle disease can promote inflammation absorption，relieve pain，shorten the course of the disease，and also can reduce the use of antibiotics，to avoid the adverse reaction of antibiotics，reduce abscess incision and scar formation．

疖是金黄色葡萄球菌侵入毛囊引起的急性化脓性深毛囊炎和毛囊周围炎。复发性，多发性疖称为疖病，致病因素多为金黄色葡萄球菌感染，亦有少数为表皮葡萄球菌，机体抵抗力减弱及皮肤破损也有一定作用。皮肤擦伤，糜烂均易使细菌侵入而致病［1］。故湿疹，痱子，瘙痒症及虱兵患者易于发疖，时值夏季，为本病好发季节。我科于2014年5～8月对65例疖及疖病患者应用小金片联合鱼石脂治疗，疗效满意，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料

65例患者均来源于我院皮肤科门诊，入院标准：18～65岁成人；符合《中国临床皮肤病学》，中反复或者急性化脓性毛囊炎和毛囊周围感染诊断标准［2］，排除标准：入院2周内服用过抗生素，已知对本研究制剂的某一成分或类似成分过敏者；妊娠和哺乳期妇女；严重心，肝，肾疾病，精神病患者；有发热及皮损处有波动者。所有病人的病程均在5 d内，因脓肿多在5 d后形成，此时需切开排脓，无法判断小金片的疗效。……
