情境再现在手术室护理安全中的作用

【摘要】目的 研究情境再现在手术室护理安全中的作用。方法 选取我校2012年5月～2014年9月在读本科护理专业学生60例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组各30例，对照组接受课堂理论知识讲授、开放实验室学习、实践技能培训的传统教学方法，实验组在对照组的基础上进行情境再现教学方法，对比两组学生的理论知识得分、学生的技能得分和学生对教学模式的评价。结果 实验组护生的理论知识和技能得分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。实验组的护生对情境再现教学模式的评价各维度均高于4分。结论 情境再现在手术室护理安全中有效地改善了手术室护理教学的质量和效果。

Objective To study the effect of situation representation in nursing safety in operation room． Methods 60 cases of undergraduate nursing students from May 2012 to September 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group，30 cases in experimental group and control group received the traditional teaching method of classroom theory，open laboratory study and practical skills training． Results The theoretical knowledge and skills of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P＜0．05）． The nursing students in the experimental group were higher than 4 in the evaluation of the situation of the teaching mode of the situation． Conclusion Situation representation in operation room nursing safety in the effective improvement of the quality and effect of nursing teaching in operation room．

情境再现指的是通过场景的创设，以直观的方式来促进学习者对操作技能的掌握和理论知识的理解，能够充分发挥人际互动［1］。我院研究了情境再现在手术室护理安全中的作用，现报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 基线资料

选取我校2012年5月～2014年9月在读本科护理专业学生60例作为研究对象，研究对象均为女生，为全国高考统招学生，并由相同教师讲授。

根据随机法将所有的学习者分为2组：对照组30例，年龄19 ～25岁，平均年龄（22.59±0.10）岁。实验组30例，年龄20～26岁，平均年龄（22.16±0.96）岁。两组护生在年龄、成绩等一般资料对比差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有良好的可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组接受课堂理论知识讲授、开放实验室学习、实践技能培训的传统教学方法，教师在课堂上和实验室讲解手术室护理中的理论知识和操纵技能，让学生分组练习，在开放实验室进行手术室操作技能的训练。……
