观察口服碘剂治疗糖尿病性玻璃体积血临床观察

目的探讨口服碘剂治疗糖尿病性玻璃体积血的临床疗效。方法选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月糖尿病性玻璃体积血患者60例（72眼），对所有患者采取卵磷脂络合碘治疗，对于病情较为严重的患者采取全视网膜光凝配合药物治疗，观察所有患者经过治疗后的效果。结果所有患者经过治疗后，其眼内玻璃体混浊等级下降Ⅰ级以上的有64眼，治疗总有效率为88.89%。所有患者治疗1个月后，其玻璃体混浊等级分布情况与治疗前对比，差异有统计学意义，治疗后患者玻璃体混浊0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级眼数与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对糖尿病性玻璃体积血患者的治疗中，采取口服碘剂治疗能够有效治疗其玻璃体积血及混浊症状，效果显著。

［Abstract］Objective To study the oral iodine clinical curative effect for the treatment of diabetic vitreous hemorrhage. Methods Selection our hospital in February 2014-February 2015 diabetic vitreous hemorrhage in patients with 60 cases （72 eyes），for all of the patients treated with lecithin complexing iodine，for the treatment of patients with more severe whole retinal photocoagulation with drug therapy，observe the effect of all of the patients after treatment.Results All patients after treatment，their level of intraocular vitreous opacity downⅠmagnitude has 64 eyes，the total effective rate was 88.89%.All patients after a month，their level of vitreous opacity distribution compared with before treatment，there is obvious difference，the treatment of patients after valve body cloudy level 0，Ⅰ，Ⅱ andⅢ eye number compared with before treatment with statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic patients with vitreous hemorrhage，taking oral iodine treatment can effectively treat the vitreous hemorrhage and turbidity symptoms，the effect is remarkable.

糖尿病具有较高的致盲率，由于我国糖尿病患病率日益增加，导致因糖尿病致盲的患者日益增加，对患者的视力及生活质量造成严重影响。对于糖尿病性玻璃体积血的治疗，已成为一个热点性研究问题，对于该疾病主要由视网膜光凝治疗、玻璃体视网膜手术及药物治疗。经研究发现，卵磷脂络合碘是一种天然大豆卵磷脂碘化物质，在对糖尿病性玻璃体积血的治疗中具有较好的效果［1］。因此，该文选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月60例糖尿病性玻璃体积血患者进行研究，采用卵磷脂络合碘进行治疗，观察患者经过治疗后的临床疗效，现报道如下。……
