目的研究2型糖尿病并胆囊结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理体会。方法选取2015年2月—2016 年2月在该院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的2型糖尿病并胆囊结石患者56例，并将这56例患者随机分成护理组和对照组，其中对护理组进行围手术期的护理干预，而对照组不进行护理干预，经过一周的护理后，对两组患者的血糖和手术恢复效果进行对比分析。结果经过为期一周的护理后，护理组患者的血糖含量显著低于对照组的血糖含量，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05，并对患者的手术效果进行统计分析后发现，护理组的手术恢复效果良好率为92.86%，而对照组的手术恢复效果良好率为75.00%，两组的手术效果恢复差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的Ⅱ型糖尿病并胆囊结石患者在围手术期进行有效的护理干预，对患者的手术效果恢复以及稳定血糖值有显著效果，因此，加强该手术后的护理，对患者身体的恢复有很好的效果。

［Abstract］Objective To study the type 2 diabetes and perioperative nursing of laparoscopic resection in patients with gallstone.Methods 2015 February 2016 2 months in our hospital accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery of type 2 diabetes and gallstone patients of 56 cases and the 56 cases of patients were randomly divided into nursing group and control group，the nursing group peri operative nursing intervention，while the control group does not carry on the nursing intervention，after a week of nursing，blood glucose and the operation of two groups of patients recovery effect were compared and analyzed.Results After a period of a week of nursing，nursing care of patients blood sugar content was significantly lower than that of blood glucose content in the control group，with significant difference，P＜0.05，and effect of the operation on the patients for statistical analysis found that nursing group operation restore good effect rate was 92.86%，while the control group，the operation recovery effect is good rate was 75.00%.The operation effect of the two groups of recovery have significant difference，P＜0.05.Conclusion In peritoneoscope gallbladder excision operation of type 2 diabetes and gallstone patients during the perioperative period of effective nursing intervention and the operative effect on patients with recovery and stabilize blood sugar value has the remarkable effect，therefore，to strengthen the nursing after the operation，the patient's body to restore a good effect.
