骨科合并糖尿病的病人围手术期的护理体会

目的探讨骨科合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理方法及其效果。方法随机选取2014年3月—2015年12月期间该院骨科收治的合并糖尿病患者62例，按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组（综合护理）和对照组（常规护理），对两组患者的护理效果进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者的骨折愈合时间及护理期间并发症发生情况均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在骨科合并糖尿病患者围手术期实施综合护理，有利于保证手术的顺利进行和术后患者顺利康复，建议在临床进一步推广。

［Abstract］Objective Discussion orthopedic patients with diabetes mellitus Perioperative nursing methods and their effects. Methods Randomly selected in March 2014-diabetes patients in December 2015 during the orthopedic hospital treated 62 cases，according to the different methods of care to be divided into two groups（integrated care）and control group（usual care），two groups of patients care benefits were retrospectively analyzed.Results Time and complications observed during fracture healing patients care circumstances than the control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In patients with diabetes mellitus orthopedic perioperative implementation of integrated care，helping to ensure the smooth and successful rehabilitation of patients after surgery，it is recommended to further promote clinical.

临床研究指出，糖尿病患者受到创伤和手术刺激易出现各类应激反应，导致其出现神经内分泌功能紊乱，造成患者面临较大的切口感染和其他并发症发生风险，对切口和骨折的愈合造成不利影响［1］。该研究为探讨骨科合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理方法，随机选取今年来该院收治的此类患者62例，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

随机选取2014年3月—2015年12月期间本科骨科收治的合并糖尿病患者62例，所有患者均确诊为2型糖尿病。按照护理方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组共31例，17例男性，14例女性，年龄分布为34～71岁，平均为（54.9±7.1）岁；包括18例股骨骨折，10例胫腓骨骨折和3例肱骨骨折。……
