浅析城市排水体制的选择与管理

摘 要：城市排水系统就是将城镇的污水和雨水有组织地排除与处理的工程设施，是城市基础设施建设的重要组成部分，它通常由排水管网和污水处理厂组成。排水体制的选择应因地制宜，从全局出发，通过技术经济比较综合考虑确定；同时。要加强对城市水系雨水径流管理和污染控制的工作。

Abstract： urban drainage system is the urban sewage and rainwater organized to remove and processing of engineering facilities， and is an important part of urban infrastructure construction， it is usually composed of drainage pipe network and sewage treatment plant. 1.城市排水体制的分类

城市排水体制一般分为合流制和分流制两种类型：

1.1合流制排水系统

合流制排水系统是将城市生活污水、工业废水和雨水径流汇集人在一个管渠内予以输送、处理和排放。按照其产生的次序及对污水处理的程度不同，合流制排水系统可分为直排式合流制、截流式合流制和全处理式合流制。

城市污水与雨水径流不经任何处理直接排入附近水体的合流制称为直排式合流制排水系统。国内外老城区的合流制排水系统均属于此类。

随着工业化的不断发展，污水对环境造成的污染越来越严重，必须对污水进行适当的处理才能够减轻城市污水和雨水径流对水环境造成的污染，为此产生了截流式合流制。截流式合流制是在直排式合流制的基础上，修建沿河截流干管，并在适当的位置设置溢流井，在截流主干管（渠）的末端修建污水处理厂。该系统可以保证晴天的污水全部进入污水处理厂，雨季时，通过截流设施，截流式合流制排水系统可以汇集部分雨水（尤其是污染重的初期雨水径流）至污水处理厂。……
