新生儿病区护理风险管理的方法探讨

目的分析新生儿病区护理风险管理方法及效果。 方法选取2014年5月—2015年5月收治的70例新生儿，随机分为对照组（35例）与观察组（35例），对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取护理风险管理，对比两组护理管理效果。结果观察组护理质量评分为（97.45±8.43）分，对照组为（86.33±7.56）分，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组家长满意度、护理记录合格率、护理纠纷率、护理缺陷发生率优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在新生儿病区采取护理风险管理，能减少发生护理纠纷，改善护理质量，确保患儿安全，具有临床应用价值。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the nursing risk management method and effect in newborn ward.Methods 70 cases of newborns admitted and treated from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each，the control group adopted conventional nursing，the observation group adopted nursing risk management，and the nursing management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，（97.45±8.43）marks vs（86.33±7.56）marks（P＜0.05），the satisfactory degree of family，qualified rate of nursing record，nursing dispute rate and incidence rate of nursing defect in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The nursing risk management in newborn ward can reduce the nursing disputes，improve nursing quality and ensure children safety，which is of clinical application value.

新生儿科属于全护理病房，是高风险科室。在临床护理过程中，存在较多风险因素，如果出现护理事故，不仅会对患儿造成危害，也会给医院带来损失［1-3］。新生儿无法沟通，且年龄较小，再加上新生儿器官功能发育尚未成熟，机体抵抗力差，容易受到外界因素影响，住院至出院，患儿需由专业护理人员进行护理操作。因此，在医疗护理期间，医护人员如果不重视各环节护理操作，可能会发生差错，造成护理缺陷以及护理风险，严重者会给新生儿带来严重后果。护理风险管理能够准确评估、识别、处理潜在或者是现存医疗风险，能有效减少发生风险事故，降低医院、患者双方损伤，加强对新生儿护理风险管理，对于改善新生儿护理管理质量有着重要作用。……
