超声诊断在妇产科急诊中的临床应用价值探讨

目的 探讨超声诊断在妇产科急诊中的临床价值。方法 整群选取2013年7月—2016年1月该院131例妇产科急诊患者进行经腹壁及联合经阴道超声检查。结果 131例急诊患者中，异位妊娠41例，超声符合率92.7%；急性盆腔炎34例，符合率91.2%；卵巢囊肿蒂扭转13例，符合率为92.3%；黄体破裂11例，符合率90.9%；卵巢囊肿破裂6例，符合率83.3%；流产22例，符合率均100%；胎盘早剥4例，符合率75%；平均符合率为92.4%。结论 超声检查，尤其是经腹壁联合经阴道超声检查，快速、准确，无创伤，是妇产科急诊快速可靠的诊断方法，有重要的临床应用价值。

［Abstract］Objective To study the clinical value of clinical value of the ultrasonic diagnosis in the emergency of the obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods Group selection from July 2013 to January 2016，131 cases of emergency patients in the obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital were examined through the abdominal wall and the vaginaultrasound.Results During 131 cases of emergency patients，41 cases of ectopic pregnancy，the ultrasonic coincidence rate was 92.7%；34 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease，the ultrasonic coincidence rate was 91.2%；13 cases of torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cyst，the ultrasonic coincidence rate was 92.3%；11 cases of corpus luteum rupture，the ultrasonic coincidence rate was 90.9%；6 cases of ovarian cyst rupture，the ultrasonic coincidence rate was 83.3%；22 cases of abortion，the ultrasonic coincidence rates was 100%；4 cases of placental abruption，the ultrasonic coincidence rates was 75%；The average coincidence rate was 92.4%.Conclusion Ultrasound examination，especially through the abdominal wall and the vagina or the rectum ultrasound examination，is rapid，accurate，and no trauma，and a rapid and reliable diagnostic method in the emergency of the obstetrics and gynecology department，has important clinical application value.

妇产科急症在急诊中较常见，常见病情有：卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、流产、黄体破裂、急性盆腔炎、异位妊娠等，主要特点为：发病急、病情进展速度快、诱因复杂，患者有恶心、呕吐、阴道出血、急性严重腹痛、排液等表现，少数妊娠者可感觉胎动异常［1］。若不及时进行准确诊断和采取治疗措施，就会危及患者生命安全［2］。超声诊断无创、快捷、准确，广泛应用于妇产科临床急诊［3］。该文通过回顾性分析该院2013年7月—2016年1月收治的131例妇产科急诊患者，经过联合腹部超声对妇产科急腹症中超声检查结果与实验室检查及手术、病理结果相对照。得出，超声检查，尤其是经腹壁联合经阴道超声检查，快速、准确，无创伤，现报道如下。……
