卡孕栓配伍缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果观察探析

目的 对卡孕栓配伍缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果展开探讨研究。方法 随机选取2013年5月至2015年5月时间范围本院接收的60例行剖宫产手术的产妇，将其划分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。对照组接受缩宫素预防出血，研究组接受卡孕栓配伍缩宫素预防出血，就两个组别的止血情况及不良反应发生情况进行观察对比。结果 研究组术中出血量相较于对照组无显著差异（P＞0.05），研究组术后出血量相较于对照组明显更低，数据差异具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率相比对照组明显更低，数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 卡孕栓配伍缩宫素应用于预防剖宫产产后出血效果满意，能够有效缩减产妇术后出血量，降低不良反应发生率，具备临床推广意义。

［Abstract］Objective Observe the effect of the combination of carboprost and oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods Randomly select 60 cases of cesarean section from May 2013 to May 2015, divide into study and control group, each 30 cases, the control group used oxytocin to prevent bleeding, the study group used a combination of carboprost and oxytocin, then observe their bleeding and adverse reactions. Results There was no significant difference between the study and control group （P＞0.05）, the bleeding volume of the study group is lower （P＜0.05）, and the adverse reaction rate in the study group was significantly lower （P＜0.05）. Conclusion The combination of carboprost and oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage is effective to reduce bleeding and adverse reactions, with clinical significance.

伴随妊娠合并症的增多，为了应对高危妊娠，临床越来越多孕产妇会选择剖宫产，在一定程度上提高了产后出血的发生率［1］。所以，对剖宫产术后出血展开预防，俨然转变成预防产后出血，降低孕产妇

病死率的重点课题。本次研究随机选取2013年5月至2015年5月时间范围本院接收的60例行剖宫产手术的产妇，采取临床资料回顾性分析手段，现进行下述研究。

1　资料与方法
