亚低温疗法治疗50例急性脑出血的临床护理观察

目的 观察临床护理干预在亚低温疗法治疗急性脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年2月至2015年2月之间于我院接受治疗的急性脑出血患者50例，将其随机分为对照组（25例）与观察组（25例），均采用常规治疗联合亚低温疗法，前者给予常规护理，后者给予整体化护理，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗前两组患者的ESS与GCS评分均无显著差异，P＞0.05；治疗后，观察组的评分值远大于对照组，P＜0.05；对照组患者治疗的总有效率为80.0%，小于观察组（96.0%），P＜0.05。讨论 采用亚低温疗法治疗急性脑出血患者疗效显著，同时辅以全面的护理干预，有助于改善其临床症状，减轻意识障碍和神经损伤，提高其生活质量，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage treated with mild hypothermia. Method From February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital accepted treatment in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in 50 cases, randomly divided for the control group （25 cases） and observation group （25 cases）, were treated with conventional therapy combined with mild hypothermia therapy. The former was given routine nursing, and the latter was given holistic nursing, compared with two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Treatment of two groups of patients before ess and GCS score showed no significant difference （P＜0.05）. After treatment, the observation group the score value far greater than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. In the control of the patients in the treatment group total effective rate was 80.0%, less than the observed group （96.0%）（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The mild hypothermia therapy in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with obvious curative effect, supplemented by a comprehensive nursing intervention, to improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the disturbance of consciousness and nerve damage, improve the quality of life, worthy of promotion.

脑出血属于脑卒中的一种，不仅会严重危害患者的身体，而且致残率和致死率均较高。常规药物治疗往往无法取得理想的临床疗效，患者身体恢复时间较长，而且只有长期使用药物才能逐渐消除肢体运动功能障碍［1］。近几年，我国的医学技术显著进步，亚低温疗法在临床上得到了一定的推广和应用。笔者总结了采用亚低温疗法治疗急性脑出血的护理措施，报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1临床资料：选取2014年2月至2015年2月之间于我院接受治疗的50例急性脑出血患者作为研究对象，均与有关的诊断标准相符合，并经辅助检查确诊［2］。……
