品管圈活动在小儿重症护理质量提升中的作用

目的 探讨品管圈（QCC）活动在小儿重症护理质量提升中的作用。方法 对抽取的97例重症患儿进行随机分组，给予49例患儿常规护理（对照组），另48例给予品管圈护理（观察组）；从护理人员评分、不良事件发生情况、患儿家长满意度3方面进行对比分析，掌握两组患儿的护理质量。结果 观察组护理人员的评分于住院环境、护理技能、医患沟通、护理态度4方面均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；观察组不良事件发生共2例，发生率为4.17%，明显小于对照组的22.45%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；患儿家长满意度对比，观察组（97.92%）＞对照组（87.76%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 品管圈活动可为患儿营造更温馨的病房环境，建立和谐医患关系，提升护理人员的临床技能，减少感染、皮肤损伤等不良事件的发生，从而有效提升小儿重症护理质量，值得推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective Quality control circle（QCC）activity in the pediatric intensive care quality improvement.Methods For extraction of 97 cases of severe patients in a randomized，In 49 cases，give children with routine nursing（control group），The qc circle of 48 cases of nursing（observation group）；From the nurses'score，adverse events，parents satisfaction，this paper compares and analyzes three aspects to grasp the nursing quality of the two groups of children.Results Observation group of grading nursing staff in hospital environment，nursing skills，doctor-patient communication，attitude 4 were higher than that in control group，Statistically significant（P＜0.05）；Observation group adverse events occurred in 2 cases，total rate of 4.17%，Less than 22.45%in the control group obviously，statistically significant difference（P＜0.05）；Parents satisfaction，Observation group（97.92%）＞the control group（87.76%），the statistical differences（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Quality control circle activities for children to create a more comfortable room environment，building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship，Improve nurses'clinical skills，reduce infection，skin lesions，such as the occurrence of adverse events，Thus effectively improving the quality of pediatric intensive care，is worthy of popularization and application.

小儿重症患儿病情十分严重，表达能力以及自理能力较弱，对护理质量的要求较高，提升小儿重症护理质量已是目前临床研究的焦点问题。品管圈活动重在发挥团队力量，集思广益探究工作中的问题，并集体探讨改善问题的策略，制定计划并实施计划，最终起到提升质量的作用［1］。为此，品管圈活动模式逐渐受到临床护理的重视，并在小儿重症护理质量提升中发挥重要作用。……
