品管圈活动在精神科老年病房基础护理质量管理中的作用

目的精神科老年病房基础护理质量管理中采用品管圈活动的效果。 方法选取该院精神科老年病房区22名执业护士作为研究对象，通过调查分析精神科老年病房基础护理质量问题，提出相应的解决对策。结果精神科老年病房基础护理改善后合格率（92.8%）明显高于改善前基础护理合格率（68%），改善前后护理基础护理合格率差异对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。其次，改善后患者满意度评分（97.31±1.62）分，明显高于改善前（91.87±1.61）分，组间差异对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论精神科老年病房基础护理质量管理中实施品管圈活动，可实现基础护理的流程化管理，有效提高患者基础护理合格率，确保基础护理质量。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle in the basic nursing quality management in the senile wards in the department of psychiatry.Methods 22 cases of practice nurses in the senile wards in the department of psychiatry in our hospital were selected as the research objects，and the basic nursing quality problems were surveyed and analyzed and then the corresponding solutions were put forwards.Results The qualified rate after improving the basic nursing in the senile wards in the department of psychiatry was obviously higher than that before improvement，（92.8%vs 68%），and the difference had statistical significance by comparison，P＜0.05，in addition，the satisfactory degree score of patients after improvement was obviously higher than that before improvement，［（97.31±1.62）scores vs（91.87±1.61）scores］，and the difference between groups had statistical significance by comparison，P＜0.05.Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle in the basic nursing quality management in the senile wards in the department of psychiatry can realize the process management of basic nursing，effectively improve the qualified rate of basic nursing of patients and ensure basic nursing quality.

基础护理是专科护理的重要基础内容，主要包括病情观察、饮食护理以及生活照顾等各方面，可以为患者提供各种各样的技术服务以及生活服务，也是最能够满足患者的一种护理方法［1］。基础护理工作质量高低会对患者的康复情况以及整个医院服务质量会造成直接的影响。品管圈（QCC）是一种自下而上的管理模式，主要指的是相同工作场所工作的人为了有效解决问题，提高工作效率，会自发建立一个小团体，在一种愉快、轻松的氛围下，全员共同参与现场管理，从而不断改善和工作现场［2］。……
