品管圈在神经外科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果评价

目的为了提高神经外科护理质量并减少各种不良事件的发生率，分析和探讨在护理质量持续改进中采取品管圈的价值和意义。方法按照随机原则从2014年1月—2015年12月来该院神经外科治疗的患者中选取110例作为研究对象并通过双盲对照原则将其分为对照组和试验组各55例，入组患者在住院期间均实施常规护理措施，而试验组同时应用品管圈，比较不同护理措施护理疗效差异。结果经过研究发现，试验组和对照组均取得一定护理效果，但试验组护理质量和对照组相比更据优势，且两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者对护理服务的满意度和对照组相比明显提高，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将品管圈应用于神经外科的护理质量持续改进中，有助于改善护理质量，提高患者满意度，效果显著，值得推广和应用。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze and study the value and significance of adopting quality control circle in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the department of neurosurgery in order to improve the nursing quality in the department of neurosurgery and reduce the incidence rate of various adverse events.Methods 110 cases of patients treated in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 55 cases in each according to the double-blind control principle，the control group adopted routine nursing measures，while the experimental group adopted the quality control circle，and the difference in the nursing curative effect of different nursing measures was compared.Results The research showed that both groups obtained a certain nursing effect，but the nursing quality in the experimental group is superior to that in the control group，and the difference had statistical significance by comparison，P＜0.05，the satisfactory degree in the experimental group to nursing services was obviously improved compared with that in the control group and the difference had statistical significance by comparison，P＜0.05.Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the department of neurosurgery contributes to improving nursing quality，improving patient's satisfactory degree，and the effect is obvious，which is worth promotion and application.

神经外科患者具有发病急、病情重、术中风险大、恢复慢、花费高的特点，部分患者甚至会出现意识及肢体功能障碍，给患者及家属的工作和生活带来沉重负担，而且如果护理不当，很容易诱发各种不良事件的发生，因此护理难度加大，不容易获得患者及家属的满意［1］。现阶段我国居民，对医疗护理质量的要求也在不断提高，这就要求护理人员必须改变护理模式并不断提高护理质量［2］。……
