胃镜检查医师对幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关知识知晓情况分析

目的探讨胃镜检查医师对幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）感染的知晓率情况并分析其影响因素。方法通过调查问卷的形式，对我市8所医院共计92名胃镜检查医师对HP感染的知晓率进行调查，并对相关数据进行分析探讨其影响因素。 结果不同医院等级、从业年限、学历、专业技术职称的胃镜检查医师对HP感染知晓率具有统计学意义上的差异。“传播途径及预防措施”和“临床表现及诊断方法”在被调查者中的知晓率最高。参加继续教育课程为胃镜检查医师了解HP感染的主要途径。 结论加强继续教育培训力度，提高医务人员诊疗水平。进而带动和提高广大患者及公众对HP感染的认知度。

［Abstract］Objective To study the awareness rate of helicobacter pylori infection among gastroscopy physicians and analyze its influence factors.Methods The awareness rate of HP infection among 92 gastroscopy physicians in 8 hospitals in our city was surveyed by questionnaires，and the relevant data were analyzed and the influence factors were studied.Results The differences in the HP infection awareness rate between the gastroscopy physicians of different hospital levels，entire periods of actual operation，education backgrounds and professional and technical titles had statistical significance，the awareness rate of“route of transmission and preventive measures”and“clinical manifestations and diagnostic method”in the respondents was the highest，and taking continuous education courses was the main route of knowing HP infection of gastroscopy physicians.Conclusion We should enhance the continuous education training and improve the diagnosis and treatment level of medical staff thus motivating and improving the awareness degree of HP infection among massive patients and public.

幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）是高感染率的慢性感染性致病菌，全球范围内超过半数人口感染HP，导致胃粘膜不同程度受损，尽管其中大部分无自觉症状［1-2］，研究证实几乎全部的消化性溃疡患者的活检标本能够检出HP，HP感染与各种消化性溃疡病，胃黏膜以及相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤、胃癌的发生密切相关［3］。该文通过调查问卷的形式，对我市8所医院共计92名胃镜检查医师对HP感染的知晓率进行调查，并对相关数据进行分析探讨其影响因素，进而有针对性地采取措施以提高医务人员专业知识水平和宣传意识，带动和提高患者及公众对HP感染的认知度，现报道如下。……
