青贮蚕豆秸秆对山羊生产性能的影响

青贮蚕豆秸秆对山羊生产性能的影响

为研究青贮蚕豆秸秆对山羊生产性能和饲养经济效益的影响，本试验选用80头健康育肥公羔（波尔×黄淮），随机分为4组，每组2个重复，每个重复10只公羔，对照组饲喂基础日粮，试验1、2、3组分别以青贮蚕豆秸秆代替20％、40％、60％的稻草-玉米秸秆粗饲料，试验期60 d。结果表明，与对照组相比，试验第2组育肥公羔日增重提高了18.23％（P＜0.01），料重比降低了11.72％，经济效益提高了27.21％；试验3组育肥公羔日增重提高了7.39％（P＜0.01），料重比降低了5.50％，经济效益提高了8.26％。综上所述，以青贮蚕豆秸秆部分替代稻草-玉米秸秆能够改善育肥公羔的生产性能和提高饲养经济效益，替代量为40％效果最佳。

［Abstract］To study the effectof silage fresh been straw on growth performance and raising economic benefit of goats. A total of 80 fattening goats（Boer×Huanghuai）were chosen and random ly divided into 4 groups with 2 replicates of 10 each.The control group was fed with the basal diet，and group 1，2，3 were fed with the basal diet of 20％，40％，60％ straw-corn stalks roughage replaced by silage fresh been straw.The experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that，compared to the control group，the average body weight gain of group 2 was increased by 18.23％，feed conversion ratio was decreased by 11.71％，and economic benefitwas increased by 27.21％；the average body weight gain of group 3 was increased by 7.39％，feed conversion ratio was decreased by 5.50％，and economic benefit was increased by 8.26％.Ⅰn conclusion，silage fresh been straw instead of the straw-corn stalks roughage could improve the production performance and raising economic benefit of goats.The effectof 40％straw-corn stalks roughage replaced by silage fresh been straw was the best.

秸秆饲料含有大量的粗纤维，占干物质总量的30％～40％，其中纤维素和半纤维素含量最高。纤维素、半纤维素和木质素结合紧密，使饲料质地坚硬、适口性差、消化率低。此外，秸秆饲料含有少量的粗脂肪和粗蛋白质，但品质较差。豆科秸秆粗蛋白质含量为8.9％～9.6％，粗脂肪含量为1.3％～1.8％。同时秸秆饲料矿物质含量较少，缺乏动物所需的钴、碘、铜、硫等元素。秸秆饲料很少含有维生素，尤其是羊所需的维生素A、维生素D和维生素E等。反刍动物能直接利用农作物秸秆，其瘤胃微生物可分泌纤维素酶系，能降解纤维素生成葡萄糖，提供机体所需的营养和能量。……
