河南省2010—2014年风疹流行病学特征分析

【摘要】目的：了解河南省风疹流行特征。方法：采用描述流行病学方法对2010—2013年河南省通过中国疾病预防控制系统报告的风疹病例发病情况进行分析。结果：2010—2013年共报告风疹2270例，年平均发病为8.89/10万，其中2013年最高，为1.89/10万。发病特点为：全年均有发病，以3～6月为高峰，人群主要分布于学生、散居儿童和幼托儿童，以5～9岁发病最高，占27.96%。结论：应用风疹疫苗进行预防接种是控制风疹流行和预防先天性风疹综合征（CRS）的有效办法，尽快制定风疹疫苗免疫策略十分必要。

[Abstract]Objective：To find out the epidemic characters of rubella in Henan Province.Method：Using epidemiological methods of Henan Province between 2010 and 2013 by the China Disease Prevention and Control System report of the incidence of rubella cases for analysis Result：There were 6181 rubela cases during 2010 to 2013，and the average annual incidence was 1.65 per 100，000，and the incidence in year 2013 was the highest which was 1.89 per 100，000.The characters of incidence were that the cases distributed to every month which focused on the months from March to June.The cases mostly distributed among students and kids under 15 years old.The proportion of cases of children aged 5 to 9 was 34.96%，which was the highest among the whole population.Conclusion：Rubella vaccine immunization is the useful method to control the prevalence of rubella and to prevent the congenital rubella syndrome （CRS），so it is very essential to set up the immunization program of rubella vaccine as soon as possible

風疹是由风疹病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，人类对其普遍易感。我国自1990年将风疹列为法定报告传染病以来，每年均有不同程度的发病报告。2004年启动中国疾病预防控制系统实行网络直报以来，风疹正式纳入到传染病个案报告的范围。为了解河南省风疹的流行特征，探讨流行规律，并为制定切实有效的预防策略提供依据，特对河南省2010—2013年风疹的流行特征进行分析，现将结果报告如下。

1 材料与方法

1.1 资料来源

河南省2010—2013年风疹流行病学统计结果来自中国疾病预防控制信息系统。

1.2 方法

使用EXCEL、SPSS等软件分析数据。

2 结果

2.1 发病趋势

2010—2013年河南省共报告风疹2270例，各年发病数分别为628例、112例、666例和445例。年平均发病率为1.65/10万，发病率介于1.19～1.89/10万，最高的为2013年。各年均有发病，发病率比较平稳，无明显的升高和降低。2010—2013年风疹发病率总体呈缓慢上升趋势，具体发病率如表1所示：

2.2 季节分布

从河南省2010—2013年风疹疫情资料来看，风疹全年各月均有发病，以3～6月份为发病高峰，病例数占全年发病的74.94%，其中又以4月为最高（1698例），占27.47%。……
