青岛开发区中小科技企业融资存在的问题及对策研究

摘要： 中小科技型企业已逐渐成为我国建设创新型国家的重要支撑，但是目前许多中小型科技企业在发展中由于自身规模小、风险高、回报周期长的特点都遇到不同程度融资难的问题。本文以青岛开发区科技型中小企业为研究对象，对其融资现状进行分析，找出其存在的融资问题，并提出相应的解决中小科技企业融资困难的对策和建议，希望本文的研究可以为政府和企业带来相关参考建议。

Abstract： In contemporary society， small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises have gradually acted as a crucial support for building an innovation-oriented country in China. However， many small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology possess the characteristic of small size， high risk and long return cycle， as a consequence， they encounter the financing problems to varying degrees. This paper takes the small and mid-sized technology enterprise in Qingdao development zone as the primary object， based on the analysis of the financing status to find the financing problems. At the same time， the countermeasure and suggestions will be brought forward to solve the financing problems of these enterprises. Hope this research can bring related advice to the government and enterprises.

0 引言

我国正处于经济转型的关键时期，社会面临巨大的就业压力和经济增长压力。大力发展中小企业对于缓解就业压力和促进经济增长有着非常重要的作用。青岛开发区是国家级经济技术开发区，区内有不少中小型科技企业，由于科技型企业科研资金投入巨大、科研成果转化费用较高，因此需要大量的资金来维持公司的正常运营和发展。而中小型科技企业由于规模较小，背后没有强大的资金支持，企业难以维持正常发展。因此急需融资，但由于企业规模小，股权结构单一资产结构不合理等原因，融资难度很大，融资难的问题已经成为中小型企业技术成果产业化、企业发展壮大道路上的一大障碍，因此如何改变中小型科技企业融资难的现状，解决其正常生产经营所需资金，成为解决中小型科技企业发展瓶颈的首要问题。本文介绍了青岛开发区中小科技企业的融资现状，分析了当前中小型科技企业融资存在的问题，并针对当前问题从政策、企业自身以及融资渠道等角度提出了新的观点和建议，以期对青岛开发区中小科技企业发展有所帮助。……
