论高校党团组织在学风建设中的重要作用

摘要：学风建设作为高校中心工作之一，必须高度重视，常抓不懈，党团组织更要把学风建设作为自身的义务与责任。学风建设作为高校党团组织的主要目标，党团组织结合自身实际情况，积极开展各种引领学风建设的实践活动。但仍有部分高校党团组织在学风建设方面的作用尚未充分发挥，还需要充分发挥党组织的引领带头作用，有效突出团组织的服务和育人功能，不断提升班级的凝聚力和集体荣誉感，从而确保学风建设能够扎实、有力地推进，并保持良好效果。

Abstract： The construction of study style is one of the center work in colleges and universities， it must be paid great attention to. The Party and League organizations should take the construction of study style as the duty and responsibility. The construction of study style is the main goal of the Party and League organizations in universities. Combined with the actual situation of Party and League organizations， they should actively carry out all kinds of practices of the construction of study style. But there are still many Party and League organizations of colleges and universities not give full play to the role of the study style construction. The Party and League organizations need to give full play to the leading role， effectively protrude the function of services and educating and improve the cohesive force and collective sense of honor of the classes to ensure the construction of study style solid， and can be effectively promoted， and maintain the good effect.

0 引言

党团组织作为高校内部的主要组织，承担着党建、教风学风建设等重要工作。随着科学技术的快速发展，大学生获取信息的渠道越来越多，掌握的信息量越来越大，从而导致大学生价值取向多元化，高校学风建设承受着前所未有的压力，急需得到党团组织的大力支持。在此背景下，如何发挥高校党团组织在学风建设方面的作用，成为当前高校思想政治教育工作者重点思考的课题。

当前学者们主要从理论上研究高校党团组织在大学生思想政治教育中的作用①，或者只谈党组织或团组织在大学生学风建设中的作用②，还有些只是研究学生党员在学风建设中的作用③，这就导致当前的研究存在三个问题：一是没有将党团组织与班集体综合考虑，集中探讨这些组织在学风建设中的重要作用；……
