产学研结合培养煤矿安全工程专业人才的改革与实践

摘要：通过校内产学研结合人才培养模式的改革，从专任教师“导师制”一体化培养、效仿美国加州大学设置“个人课程”、建立本科生产学研培养专项基金、搭建平台促进科技成果产业化4个方面努力培养学生的创新能力，提高学生的综合素质，满足用人单位的当前需求。此举具有重要的现实意义，为经济社会的发展和科技进步做出应有贡献，为煤矿专业人才培养模式的建立和实施提供借鉴与参考，为我校的四大工程建设和工程教育改革工作提供合理化建议和方案，为突出我校大矿业特色，实现培养卓越工程人才的目标做出积极贡献。

Abstract： Through the reform of the talents training mode in the university 4 aspects of cultivating of full-time teachers "mentoring" integration， setting "personal course" by following the example of the University of California， establishing special cultivation fund of the combination of production and research for undergraduates， building platform to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements to cultivate students' innovation ability， improve students' comprehensive quality， meet the current needs of the employing units. It has important practical significance， which makes due contribution to the development of economy and society and the progress of science and technology， provides reference for the establishment and implementation of the training mode of coal mine professional talents， provides rationalization proposals and solutions for the four major projects and engineering education reform in our university and makes positive contribution to highlight the characteristics of our school's largest mining and achieve the goal of training outstanding engineering talents.

0 引言

党的十八大报告提出，实施创新驱动发展战略，特别强调科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑，要摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。对此，黑龙江省委、省政府一直高度重视科技工作，重视搞好产学研结合，并将科研成果向生产力大力转化。这就要求不仅仅是高等院校要充分解放思想，各科研单位也要解放思想，组织多方力量搞好产学研结合，充分发挥各地政府配置社会资源的组织力量，充分依托产学研结合，为全省的发展做出更大贡献。高等学校以往的“象牙塔”式的教育模式已经不能适应时代发展的要求，高等学校应与政府，用人单位紧密结合，摆脱过去的“应试式”人才培养模式，转而以学生的综合能力为培养目标，努力培养学生的创新能力，提高学生的综合素质，满足用人单位的当前需求。……
