2011-2015年海陵区意外伤害死亡情况分析

目的了解海陵区伤害死亡情况、构成特点，为本地区伤害预防工作提供依据。方法对2011—2015年海陵区网络报告的死亡数据通过根本死因ICD10编码进行分类，运用SPSS 18.0进行统计分析。结果2011—2015年海陵区伤害平均死亡率为33.91/10万，占全死因构成比的6.31%，男性意外伤害死亡率大于女性死亡率；伤害前五位为交通事故、意外跌落、自杀、溺水和意外中毒，合计占总伤害构成比的83.73%。0～14岁伤害以溺水为首位，其次为交通事故，15～44岁、45～64岁均以交通事故为首位，其次为意外跌落；65岁以上老年人以意外跌落为伤害死因首位，其次为交通事故。结论伤害已成为危害人类健康主要疾病，根据不同年龄组伤害死亡特点，有针对进行安全知识的宣传教育，提高人群对伤害认识，减少意外事故的发生。

［Abstract］Objective To know the injury death condition and composing features in Hailing district and provide basis for the injury prevention work in this region.Methods The death data reported by network in Hailing District from 2011 to 2015 were classified according to the fundamental death cause ICD10 code，and counted and analyzed by SPSS18.0.Results The average death rate of injury in Hailing District from 2011 to 2015 was 339.1/100 thousand，accounting for 6.31% in all death causes，the accidental injury death rate in male was bigger than that in female，and the top five injuries were traffic accident，accidental falling，committing suicide，drowning and accidental poisoning，accounting for 83.73%in all injuries，for persons aged from 0 to 14，the drowning was in the first place，and the traffic accident was in the second place，for persons aged from 15 to 44 and from 45 to 64，the traffic accident was in the first place，and the accidental falling was in the second place，and for the senile people aged above 65 years old，the accidental falling was in the first place and the second was the traffic accident.Conclusion The injury has already been the main disease harming people's health，and we should pointedly carry out the safety knowledge publicity education to improve the people's awareness of injury and reduce the occurrence of accidents according to the injury death features of different age groups.

世界卫生组织称意外伤害已经与感染性母婴疾病、慢性非传染性疾病并列成为严重危害人类健康的三大类疾病［1］，当今社会高度发达，发生的意外伤害事故也日趋增多，伤害所造成的影响也越来越大，甚至一个伤害事件可以引发严重的公共危机［2］，2010年泰州市意外伤害死亡率为44.63/10万（标化死亡率为34.58/10万），占全死因构成比的7.02%，居全死因顺位第三位，交通事故、自杀、溺水、意外跌落和意外中毒为伤害的前五位死因［3］，为了解泰州市海陵区2011—2015年意外伤害死亡情况，构成特点，以及各年龄段意外伤害发生情况，为本地区伤害预防工作提供依据，现报道如下。……
