血透室实施护理管理后在控制医院感染方面的效果研究

目的研究在血透室实施护理管理措施对医院感染控制的影响。方法该院血透室于2014年3月—2015年2月实施传统护理管理模式，于2015年3月—2016年3月改革传统管理模式，重点做好风险防范管理措施；同时选取上述时间段内的血透室收治患者各40例，分别为传统组与改革组，观察两组感染发生率，总结患者满意度及对临床护理管理制度评价。结果传统组出现感染率为7例（17.5%），改革组为1例（2.5%）（P＜0.05）。传统组患者对于感染知识宣教、安全防护、卫生消毒意识、定期护理质量监测等护理管理内容评分较低，改革组较高（P＜0.05）。传统组患者满意度为77.5%，改革组为92.5%，改革组满意度明显较高（P＜0.05）。结论血透室是主要针对慢性肾脏疾病患者进行血液透析治疗的集中场所，此科室由于患者特殊性，患者出现院内感染几率较大，通过分析科室存在的高危感染因素从而制定一系列防范措施，大部分患者感染率较低且满意度较高，患者对于护理管理制度评价较高。

［Abstract］Objective To research the effect of the implementation of nursing management measures in the hemodialysis room on the hospital infection control.Methods 40 cases of patients in the traditional group implemented the traditional nursing management model from March 2014 to February 2015 in the hemodialysis room，40 cases of patients in the reform group reformed the traditional management mode and did a good job in the risk prevention management measures from March 2015 to March 2016，and the incidence rate of infection of the two groups was observed，and the satisfactory degree and evaluation of clinical nursing management system of patients were summarized.Results The infection rate was 17.5%in the traditional group（7 cases）and 2.5%in the reform group（1 case）（P＜0.05），the nursing management content scores such as infection knowledge education，safe protection，sanitary disinfection awareness and regular nursing quality monitoring in the traditional group were lower than those in the reform group（P＜0.05），and the satisfactory degree in the reform group was obviously higher than that in the traditional group（92.5%vs 77.5%）（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The hemodialysis room is a central place that carries out the hemodialysis treatment for patients with chronic renal disease，the occurrence rate of hospital infection is higher due to the patient's specificity，and we make a series of prevention measures by analyzing the high-risk factors in the department，the infection rate of most patient is lower and the satisfactory degree is higher，and the patient's evaluation of nursing management system is higher.
